Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas in a production environment.
• Performs Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process config, tenant config, data loads, integrations and upgrades.
• Writes standard and advanced reports, dashboards and complex calculated fields.
• Leads change agent activities during new system rollouts and upgrades.
• Monitors system performance, efficiency and use; coordinates with external resources as needed.
• Liaises with the Workday user community to access best practices.
