Job summary

ERPA is a client-focused technology services firm specializing in Workday solutions for education and government sectors. We seek a Principal Workday Engagement Manager to lead multiple Phase 1, Phase X, and AMS engagements, building strong client relationships and guiding delivery strategy.

The role requires deep Workday program experience, a current EM/PM certification, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading government/commercial Workday engagements with a Workday partner.
• Workday EM/PM certification must be active during employment.
• 6–9 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem across phase deployments and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Be the key connection between consultants and the client.
• Lead multiple Workday engagements concurrently.
• Ensure projects stay within SOW, milestones and budget targets.
• Gauge and report project health; monitor risks and escalations.
• Manage governance meetings and resource assignments across engagements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and referenceability.
