Job summary
KBR, Inc. is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst in Houston, TX to implement and optimize the Workday platform.
You will partner with IT, People Teams, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that improve People operations and the employee experience. Responsibilities include configuring modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence), supporting releases, and delivering reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments for enterprise systems.
- Workday configuration and hands-on experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday modules to align with business requirements.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Ensure data accuracy through audit controls and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with People Teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide Tier 2 user support and maintain training materials.
