- Hands-on with compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).
- Benefits design/administration with vendors like Alight.
- Partner with solution engineers for scalable Workday configurations.
- Understanding AI, automation, analytics, data governance, security & compliance.
- Strong executive stakeholder management.

- Define and own Compensation & Benefits product vision and multi-year roadmap.
- Translate strategy into measurable product outcomes and priorities.
- Lead backlog prioritization with value-based frameworks.
