Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR Tech / Workday with deep Comp & Benefits expertise.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules: Advanced Compensation, Benefits Administration.
- Experience working in product-based operating models.
- Ability to balance strategy + hands-on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management at executive levels.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Comp & Benefits product vision and multi-year roadmap.
- Translate business strategy into product outcomes, features, and priorities.
- Lead prioritization using value-based frameworks (experience, efficiency, compliance).
- Act as trusted advisor to Total Rewards leaders and provide domain expertise in Compensation cycles and Benefits design/ administration.
- Partner with engineers to design scalable Workday configurations and drive end-to-end lifecycle.
