Job summary

State of Georgia DOAS seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday integrations with external benefits providers. You will bridge business stakeholders, Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and benefits providers, investigating issues across system boundaries and driving them toward resolution.

This role requires 13+ years of IT experience with strong business analysis and experience in complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of IT experience with strong Senior Business Analyst background.
• Experience supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
• Strong integration troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, reports, and technical artifacts.
• Ability to trace employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll, and related transactions across multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business questions into technical/functional investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple issues independently and drive problems to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Root-cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• End-to-end integration/data-flow documentation.
• Issue tracking and status reporting.
• Validation of fixes across Workday and benefits providers.
• Configuration, integration, process, and data recommendations.
• Identification of recurring integration issues.
• End-to-end data flow diagrams.
