Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized project/issue backlog with criteria and owners
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and technical issues
• Coordinate test planning, data, results, and vendor validation across Workday payroll and benefits
• Develop integrated project schedules across functional, technical, payroll, finance and vendor workstreams
• Provide executive reporting on issue aging, financial exposure, testing status, and resolutions
