Job summary

Procorp Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Workday Functional Architect in Menlo Park, CA (onsite). The role focuses on configuring Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence/Time Tracking, Payroll), data management, and process improvement to meet client needs.

You will develop and maintain Workday reports, manage security, and support data migration, releases, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, and IAM teams.

Qualifications

• Workday Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking, Payroll configuration experience
• Experience with Workday Drive, Docs, letter templates, Survey, Reference Letters
• Advanced hands-on with Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination processes and related notifications

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday modules to align with client workflows
• Assist with data migration and ensure data accuracy
• Identify and implement business process improvements on Workday
• Develop and maintain reports using Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Manage Workday security framework including roles and security policies
• Provide recommendations to Tier 1 team for correcting transactions
• Participate in Workday releases, analyze impacts and implement updates
• Perform data loading via EIBs and support tenant setup and management
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, IAM and cross-functional teams
