Global is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to own complex Workday configuration end-to-end, partner with P&C, and drive bi-annual releases from design to deployment. This remote role in the United States reports to the Workday HCM Tech Lead.

You will lead reporting and data integrity, mentor HCM analysts, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Requires 5+ years in Workday HCM, UK Payroll, and global rollout experience with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration across multiple modules, owning complex changes and release cycles end to end.
• Functional depth in UK Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking; depth in one or more is valued.
• Global rollout experience or work in a multinational Workday tenant.
• Advanced reporting skills: matrix reports, dashboards, MI for senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders, ability to challenge requirements constructively.
• Experience coaching junior colleagues while delivering independently.

Responsabilités

Job Description

Your Role: Senior Workday HCM Analyst

Location: Remote

We're looking for a seasoned Workday HCM expert to join our team, reporting to the Workday HCM Tech Lead. You'll own complex configuration and reporting end to end.

As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Challenge: Partner with P&C to shape requirements into the right solution, matching needs to Workday capability and knowing when to push back.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Design, configure and test complex HCM changes (weighing ROI, user experience and ongoing maintenance) through to deployment and deliver bi-annual releases.
• Reporting & Data Integrity: Own our reporting suite; from reports and dashboards used by P&C and the business to board-level MI, and data quality audits.
• Team Enablement: Coach our HCM Analyst, peer-review configuration, and help shape best practice and our roadmap.
• Documentation & Change Governance: Keep project and change documentation (requirements, design decisions, test evidence and user guides) audit-ready and easy to hand over.

What You'll Need

• Workday Expertise: 5+ years' hands-on Workday HCM configuration across multiple modules, owning complex changes and release cycles end to end.
• Functional Depth: Hands-on experience in UK Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking; depth in one or more is valued.
• Global Rollouts: Experience deploying Workday to new countries and brands, and/or working in a multi-national or complex Workday tenant (e.g. with many companies and brands)
• Reporting & Data Integrity: Advanced and matrix reports, dashboards and board-level MI, with a meticulous approach to data accuracy
• Senior Stakeholder Communication: Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, challenging requirements constructively and explaining trade-offs clearly.
• Team Leadership: Experience coaching junior colleagues while delivering independently.
