Alvarez & Marsal in Dallas seeks a Senior Workday Analyst to drive optimization and evolution of Workday across a global enterprise. You'll lead design and deployment, mentor junior analysts, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Recruiting to shape talent, compensation, and time.

The role requires strong Workday configuration, HCM expertise, and advanced Excel skills; a bachelor's in HR/IT and Workday certifications are plus; a collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Workday functional configuration and support experience.
• Expert-level Workday knowledge across HCM and at least one additional module (Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, or Benefits preferred).
• Proficiency with Workday Reporting (standard and advanced), Dashboards and Calculated Fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for new functionality and modules; translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and system design.
• Provide end-user support and resolve production issues; document resolutions and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and IT for enhancements and process improvements.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release planning and testing; stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Educate business partners on Workday capabilities and limitations; advise on process design.
