Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to drive optimization across HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Benefits. You will design and deploy new Workday functionality, mentor junior analysts, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Recruiting to shape talent, time, and compensation management.

You will lead requirements gathering, coordinate deployments, and ensure adoption while maintaining system stability across a large, global Workday environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday functional configuration and support experience.
• Expert-level Workday knowledge across HR modules and at least one additional module (Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, or Benefits).
• Proficiency with Workday Reporting, Dashboards and Calculated Fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for new functionality and modules; translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and system design.
• Build, configure, and test new solutions in sandboxes; manage end-to-end deployment cycles.
• Drive change management activities to ensure user adoption of new processes and technology.
• Partner with Workday implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to scope enhancements and validate solutions.
