Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will help clients implement, optimize and support their Enterprise Performance Management using Workday Adaptive Planning.

You will deliver workstreams from discovery to deployment, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client teams to improve financial planning, forecasting and reporting. Travel as needed is typical for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations via APIs, JavaScript, SQL, and JDBC.
• Provide training to client teams and mentor associate consultants.
