Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services practice. You will lead and deliver Workday Adaptive Planning projects, helping clients improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes.

The role requires hands-on configuration, integrations and client advisory across multiple engagements, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance preferred.
• 3+ years in corporate finance, FP&A or EPM consulting.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Configure, test, and optimize integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs.
• Mentor associates and provide client training.
• Help clients improve forecasting and reporting through best practices.
