Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Advisory Services practice. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning projects, helping clients improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes, and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client teams, data integration, and producing high-quality deliverables while advancing expertise in EPM and FP&A within a global advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams and develop expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning configuration, integrations, reporting, and client advisory.
• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other platforms.
