Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support ongoing AMS for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will help clients maintain a stable, scalable planning environment.

You will collaborate with a team to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize planning processes, reporting, and integrations while leading workstreams and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for roles in this field.
• 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning including enhancements and incident resolution.
• Ability to travel ~25% based on client needs and engagements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue including models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancements and configure Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates and security roles.
• Support release and environment management: migrations, change management, and documentation.
• Participate in governance calls and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and data processes such as actuals feeds and data loads.
