Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant work experience.
• 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning and AMS support.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hybrid work model with Gilbert/Lake Mary/Mechanicsburg proximity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for AMS queue issues.
• Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support release and environment management, migrations, and documentation.
• Participate in governance calls and provide status reporting.
• Monitor integrations, data loads, and version management.
