Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our expanding Digital Advisory Services practice. You will help clients implement and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance financial reporting, planning and forecasting across their organizations.

In this role you will deliver project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client teams to map processes, configure models, and ensure high-quality deliverables on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance or MIS preferred
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience
• 1+ year corporate financial planning experience
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience with FP&A teams or FP&A processes preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, JavaScript, SQL, JDBC
• Provide training to client teams on the tools implemented
• Help clients streamline financial processes and automate workflows
