Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our Emerging ERP Solutions team in the United States. You will work with client teams on full-lifecycle implementations (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) and help transform finance and supply chain processes using Momentum methodology.

As a Sr Consultant, you will lead workstreams, document requirements, design solutions, prototype, test, train users, and coordinate schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products.
• 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning.
• Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations.
• Workday Adaptive certification or completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Advanced degree in area of specialization (preferred).
• Functional knowledge around EPM financial systems and processes.
• 3+ years defining systems strategy, requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and implementation under deadlines.
• Prior experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and document business requirements and management requirements.
• Provide functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Coordinate schedules, create documentation and collateral, and develop test cases.
• Configure Workday software and prioritize/sequencing of workstream efforts.
• Assist project leadership as required.
