Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to help clients improve forecasting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years in corporate financial accounting; 1+ year in FP&A.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and SQL to integrate data from ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical info for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and define planning metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models aligning with best practices.
• Configure integrations using APIs, JavaScript, SQL, JDBC.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve efficiency.
• Provide client training and mentor junior consultants.
• Support overall project goals and client satisfaction.
