Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager in the United States to lead large, full-lifecycle ERP implementations for FP&A transformations. You will work with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams to deliver value through flexible, rapid delivery and integrated involvement.

Requirements include 8+ years of consulting or industry experience, 4+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning EPM, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% and sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of EPM project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification or plan to obtain upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status by understanding client business and delivering value with Workday and Deloitte solutions; oversee multiple workstreams as needed.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers; collaborate with pursuit teams and contribute to proposals.
