Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Workday Adaptive Delivery Senior Consultant to support Workday Adaptive Planning in a government and public services delivery setting. You will configure models, conduct impact analyses, and assist with security roles, reporting, and OfficeConnect tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements and incident resolution.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hybrid work model with travel and relocation flexibility to US Delivery Center locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for Workday Adaptive Planning issues.
• Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions including model updates and security roles.
• Support release and environment management, sandbox migrations, and change documentation.
• Participate in governance calls and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations, data loads, and version management for planning processes.
