Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our growing advisory team. You will support implementations, configurations, and client advisory across finance planning, reporting, and forecasting initiatives.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work on multiple projects, deliver high-quality workstreams, and help clients optimize their financial processes while traveling up to 20% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or MIS; FP&A experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year corporate financial planning experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams with high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and planning goals.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms.
• Provide client training and ensure effective use of implemented tools.
