Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning to improve client financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.

You will contribute to whether the client’s business needs are met and your career grows within a global advisory environment. The Senior Consultant will deliver workstreams, mentor junior staff, and engage with client teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in corporate FP&A or financial accounting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL abilities to integrate ERP data.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Lead and participate in client sessions to map operations and goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting/planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure integrations and ensure data from ERP systems is accurate.
• Provide client training and support post-implementation.
