Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services practice. You will contribute to implementing and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning, helping clients improve financial planning and forecasting.

You will work on a range of projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with clients to map operations and define planning goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning aligned with client needs.
• Configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Integrate data from ERP and source systems using JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client financial processes.
• Train client teams to effectively use implemented tools and systems.
