Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Minimum 3 years corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year corporate financial planning experience.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting and reporting; FP&A experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, JavaScript, SQL, JDBC.
• Automate workflows and reporting to improve client processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce data compilation time for clients.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective tool use.
• Mentor associate consultants on project delivery.
