Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, within the Enterprise Operations as a Service team. You will support ongoing AMS engagements for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring a stable and scalable planning environment for clients.

Responsibilities include escalation handling, requirement gathering, configuration, release support, and governance participation as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning in an AMS environment.
• Willingness to travel 25% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue: troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Support release and environment management activities: feature evaluation, migrations, change management, and documentation maintenance.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and data processes including actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, and version management.
