Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager within its Emerging ERP Solutions practice to lead full-lifecycle FP&A implementations for clients across industries.

You will collaborate with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams, manage senior stakeholders, and drive value through adaptive planning, cross-functional strategies, and rapid delivery.

Travel up to 50% is expected; the wage range reflects market scope. Deloitte offers incentives and accommodations where needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of EPM project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Provide guidance to workstreams, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables across project workstreams.
• Business Development: Develop relationships with key client decision makers and participate in proposal processes.
