Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the functional and technical resource for Workday Absence and Benefits, supporting administration, configuration, and optimization of absence, leave, and benefits programs across the organization.

You will partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations and stakeholders to ensure Workday solutions support business requirements, regulatory compliance, and union provisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration; Workday Absence Module experience required.
• Union experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements for system solutions.
• Configure and update Workday processes, participate in testing and data validation.
• Support COE functionality in Workday; manage change requests and deployments.
• Participate in functional and regression testing for Workday releases.
• Develop reports and analytics; maintain data integrity for absence and benefits.
• Provide system training and ongoing user support for HR operations.
