Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an HR Shared Services professional to provide frontline HR support across payroll, onboarding, leaves, and administrative processes. You will process Workday transactions, maintain data integrity, and partner with HR teams to improve service delivery. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in HR Shared Services, strong communication skills, and hands-on HRIS experience.

This role requires scheduling 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant HR experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with employees and managers.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR Helpline calls and provide timely, professional support.
• Escalate inquiries and determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Respond to inquiries about payroll, background checks, onboarding, and HR admin tasks.
• Support HR Service Center, pre-employment, hiring, and onboarding needs.
• Process, enter and approve transactions in Workday with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and HR resources.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, HR Operations and IT as needed.
• Assist in transitioning HR admin processes to centralized administration.
