Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead the WMS implementation for the DC team, driving end-to-end delivery from design through hypercare.

You will own WMS configurations for core operations, align with cross-functional partners, and manage risks and milestones to achieve business goals. The role requires deep program management experience, strong communication, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years of Program Management experience.
• 5+ years of Operations experience.
• Experience implementing and configuring a Warehouse Management System such as Manhattan Active.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, change and project management skills.
• Up to 40% travel required.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support and own a core operations process (Inbound, Outbound, Reverse, and ICQA).
• Own business configurations for the Warehouse Management System for your core operations process.
• Collaborate across the enterprise with cross-functional teams to shape, design and implement future systems capabilities.
• Define program vision with stakeholders, including goals and success metrics, and roles for supported teams.
• Represents day-to-day activities to run a facility and align with the North Star vision.
• Advocate for the end-user experience through training, documentation, requirements, and change management.
