Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the transformational Supply Chain Program Management team, focusing on the sort center network and 3PL partnerships. You will drive governance, performance, and value across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role, you will own roadmaps, launch readiness, and continuous improvement, while delivering strategic plans and multi-year roadmaps that gain senior leadership buy‑in.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in program management, supply chain operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing external vendors/3PL with SLA/KPI management and negotiations.
• Ability to build strategy with multi-year roadmaps and business cases.
• Experience launching or scaling sites or network capabilities.
• Certifications like PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sort center capability roadmap from planning through launch and sustainment.
• Lead readiness, launch execution, and stabilization to steady state across the network.
• Manage 3PL relationships, performance reviews, and contract scope alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align SCO goals with execution plans.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership with concise updates.
