Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an Enterprise Planning and Delivery Senior Program Manager to guide the most complex, enterprise-level initiatives end-to-end. You will build processes to translate strategy into executable plans, track progress, and resolve interdependencies with influence across the organization.

You will report to the Senior Manager and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid role based in downtown Seattle, four days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree a plus.
• 6+ years in program/project management, consulting, strategy, finance, or operations with enterprise initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insight.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to develop business cases and guide investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise-level programs from initiation to completion with measurable outcomes.
• Align strategy, operating plans, and financial results; assess trade-offs and allocate resources.
• Build and run operating planning processes, tools, and templates.
• Identify interdependencies and risks; escalate with recommendations.
• Develop high-quality presentations for senior and executive audiences.
• Establish governance, cadences, and KPIs across stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
