Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Planning and Delivery Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level programs end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

You will build processes and tools to translate strategy into executable operating plans, track progress, and resolve interdependencies across the enterprise while presenting to senior leaders. The role requires strong cross-functional influence, ambiguity management, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in program or project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise-level programs from initiation through completion, accountable for scope, timeline, risks, and outcomes.
• Connect enterprise strategy, operating plans, and financial outcomes by assessing investment trade-offs and prioritizing initiatives.
• Build and run operating planning processes, tools, and templates that connect strategic priorities to execution.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across programs and functions.
• Develop high-quality presentations and reports, and present to senior and executive audiences.
• Establish program governance, cadences, and KPIs to drive clarity and accountability.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with a results-oriented mindset.
