Nordstrom, Inc. seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead the WMS implementation for the DC team, guiding design, configuration, and hypercare across functions. You will align stakeholders, drive metrics, and own end-to-end quality across the network.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, 5+ years in operations, and hands-on experience with Manhattan Active or similar WMS. Travel up to 40% and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• 4-year degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years PM experience.
• 5+ years Operations experience.
• Experience implementing and configuring a WMS such as Manhattan Active.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, change and project management skills.
• Up to 40% travel required.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to track and maintain multiple projects and deliverables.

• Own business configurations for the Warehouse Management System for your core operations process.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Engineering, Inventory and partners to shape future systems.

• Represent day-to-day activities to run a facility and balance tradeoffs.
• Advocate for end-user experience through training, documentation, requirements, and change management.
• Support business requirements and user acceptance scenarios and assess options for standardization.

• Identify issues/risks and size impact for resolution.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze data to inform decisions.
