Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of Warehouse Management systems (WMS) across our network. You will coordinate design, configuration, testing, and deployment, working with ERP integrations and third‑party providers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and internal teams to define requirements, manage risks, and ensure successful turnovers to production support. Travel is expected as part of coordinating across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, SCM, CS or a related field is required.
• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in project management and implementation launching WMS and/or LMS.
• Proficiency in SQL required.
• Experience integrating WMS systems with ERP systems (SAP for example) required; WCS a plus.
• Ability to create positive business relationships with internal and external clients and third‑party providers.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts and warehousing terminology.
• Creative and strategic thinking to support company goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads coordination of all project activities from design to launch, including documentation and training materials.
• Writes business requirement documentation for configurations and integrations across WMS, LMS, and WCS.
• Launch projects on time and predict delays to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead client consulting engagements with scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop and communicate project plans, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
