Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead WMS/LMS implementations across a network of sites, aligning business needs with technical delivery. You will manage requirements, design, testing, and go-live activities while coordinating with vendors and customers.

You will drive project scope, risk management, and post-launch transitions, mentoring junior staff and shaping best practices in project management within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 6-8 years' experience in project management and implementing WMS/LMS.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience integrating WMS systems with ERP systems (SAP) and familiarity with WCS is a plus.
• Ability to build positive professional relationships with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts and warehousing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of all project activities from design to launch across multiple sites.
• Write business requirement documentation for WMS/LMS/WCS configurations and integrations.
• Launch projects on time and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead client consulting engagements with goals and deliverables.
• Develop and communicate project status and plans to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, test plans, and training materials.
• Mentor junior resources and support knowledge transfer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
