Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to drive the implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple sites. You will address business needs with related systems and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve timely, successful launches.

You will design requirements, coordinate with vendors and clients, and mentor junior staff while ensuring consistent project governance and documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 6-8 years of project management and WMS/LMS implementation experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems; SAP experience a plus, WCS a plus.
• Ability to build a positive professional relationship with clients and providers.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts and warehousing terminology.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking for problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities from design to launch independently.
• Write BRDs for configurations and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Launch projects on time and manage delays to ensure on-time launches.
• Lead client engagements with scoping, goals and deliverables.
• Develop project communications and risk management plans.
• Prepare postmortems and closure artifacts; mentor junior resources.
