Job summary

Kenco Group in Tennessee is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our Warehouse Management System across our sites. You will align business needs with technical delivery, manage requirements, testing, training, and deployment, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

You will drive project plans, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-time launches and high-quality handoffs to production support. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, SCM, CS or related field.
• 6–8 years in project management and WMS/LMS implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and providers.
• Understanding warehousing/logistics concepts and best practices.
• Creative, strategic problem-solver with strong executive communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities from design to launch across multiple sites.
• Create BRDs for configuration and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Manage on-time launches and predict delays.
• Lead client engagements with scope and deliverables.
• Develop and communicate project status and risk plans.
• Define success criteria and conduct postmortems.
• Prepare artifacts for production turnover and closure.
• Mentor junior resources on the team.
• Assist management to define PM best practices.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
