Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead WMS/LMS implementations across our network. You will drive design, configuration, and integration efforts, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on-time launches.

Qualifications include a MIS/SCM/CS degree and 6–8 years of project management experience, with strong SQL and SAP integration capabilities. Expect a collaborative, results-driven environment with travel of about 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, SCM, Computer Science or related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in project management and WMS/LMS launch.
• Proficiency in SQL required.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP) required; WCS a plus.
• Ability to build professional client/vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts.
• Creative, strategic decision making aligned with company goals.
• Strong problem solving and multi-project management abilities.
• Effective communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads coordination of all project activities from design through launch.
• Writes BRDs for configurations and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Launch projects on time; anticipate delays and adjust plans.
• Lead client consulting engagements with scoping and deliverables.
• Develop project communication plans and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and mitigation plans with the project team.
• Define success criteria and share them across involved parties.
• Prepare artifacts for production turnover and oversee handoff to support.
• Assist management in defining PM best practices and post-launch budget changes.
• Track progress across departments and ensure data-driven decisions.
