Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead WaMS/LMS/WCS deployment projects across our warehousing network. You will drive functional and technical aspects, gather requirements, and ensure on-time launches while coordinating with clients and senior management.

The role requires 6–8 years in project management, strong SQL skills, and experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP). Travel is expected for this position across sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in MIS/SCM/CS or related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in project management and implementing WMS/LMS.
• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS/LMS project activities across sites from design to launch.
• Create BRD for configurations and integrations and develop related customizations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead client engagements with scoping, goals, and deliverables aligned to business objectives.
• Develop project communications plans and provide status updates to team and execs.
• Conduct postmortems and produce recommendations to improve future programs.
• Coordinate turnover to production support and ensure successful go-live.
