Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead the rollout of our Warehouse Management System across the network of sites. You will guide design, configuration, testing, and deployment from a functional and technical perspective, working closely with IT, operations, and vendors.

With 6–8 years in project management and WMS/LMS implementations, you’ll translate business needs into system changes, manage risks, and ensure on-time launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, SCM, CS, or related field.
• 6–8 years in project management and WMS/LMS implementations.
• SQL proficiency required.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP (SAP) and WCS is a plus.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities from design to launch across multiple sites.
• Document requirements and configure WMS/LMS/WCS customizations.
• Develop project plans, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Oversee post-implementation turnover to production support.
• Mentor junior resources on project management.
