Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager in New York to lead the implementation of our Warehouse Management System across a network of sites. You will drive functional and technical work, align with stakeholders, and manage risks and timelines.

The role requires extensive project leadership, SQL skills, and experience integrating WMS with SAP ERP. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients to ensure successful, on-time launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, SCM, CS or related field.
• 6–8 years in project management and launching WMS/LMS.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with ERP integrations (SAP).
• Ability to build client relationships and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities from design to launch.
• Create BRDs for WMS/LMS/WCS configurations and develop those customizations.
• Develop project communications and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors and provide training materials.
• Ensure on-time launches and postmortem recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff.
