Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a software product leader to own the lifecycle of WMS/TCM/BI products. You will plan, implement, and support software solutions, engaging customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results. Expect travel to support customer needs.

The role requires 7+ years in WMS and 5+ years leading implementations, with strong warehouse-operations knowledge and PMP or equivalent PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Management, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Warehouse Management System experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading software implementations, projects, or programs.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain execution processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Experience overseeing external contractors, consulting organizations, and implementation partners.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse automation, WCS, LMS, parcel systems, ERP integrations, or distribution center startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Blue Yonder WMS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps, standards, and governance for products and projects.
• Provide leadership for contractor-led implementation teams, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Blue Yonder WMS implementation activities.
• Plan resources, budgets, and training for projects.
• Report project status, risks, and budgets to IT leadership and executives.
• Lead governance, risk, issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and customers.
• Provide design guidance for WMS, configuration, testing, integration, deployment and support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Ensure deliverables, docs, testing results meet quality standards.
• Foster relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Lead workshops, reviews, steering committees, and executive status presentations.
• Promote standardization and reuse of existing solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer and internal Blue Yonder expertise.
