Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an experienced Product/Project lead to manage the lifecycle of Blue Yonder WMS solutions, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations. You will coordinate customer workshops, drive governance, and oversee multi‑project delivery in a dynamic 3PL setting.

Requires 7+ years in WMS, 5+ years with Blue Yonder, and strong PM skills. Travel 25‑50% is expected; PMP or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of Warehouse Management System experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Blue Yonder WMS experience.
Minimum 5 years of leading software implementations/projects.
Experience in 3PL environments preferred.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle management for Blue Yonder WMS implementations and upgrades.
Develop implementation roadmaps, governance, and standards.
Oversee contractor-led teams and ensure quality delivery.
Act as SME for Blue Yonder WMS implementation activities.
Manage project resourcing and budgets; monitor status and risks.
Provide status reports to IT leadership and executives.
Guide design, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment of WMS solutions.
Collaborate with customers, operations, IT, and vendors.
Support RFI/RFP responses and project pricing activities.
