Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a seniorProduct/Program Manager to oversee the lifecycle of Blue Yonder WMS implementations across multiple projects. You will work with customers, IT leadership, and operations to drive strategy, planning, and successful delivery while coordinating contractors and partners.

The role requires travel (25–50%), strong warehouse operations knowledge, and experience presenting to executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Supply Chain preferred.
Minimum 7 years of Warehouse Management System experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading software implementations or programs.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain execution processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of Blue Yonder WMS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain implementation strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance processes for assigned products and projects.
Provide leadership for contractor-led implementation teams and ensure delivery quality and adherence to standards.
Serve as primary SME for Blue Yonder WMS implementation activities.
Develop project resourcing strategies including internal resources, contractors, training, and budgets.
