Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its software products, including Blue Yonder WMS, TMS, and BI. You will drive strategic planning, governance, and successful implementations while interfacing with customers and executives. Travel will be required to meet client needs.

The role demands strong warehouse/kickoff expertise, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget in a dynamic 3PL setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering, supply chain or related.
• 7+ years of Warehouse Management System experience.
• 5+ years with Blue Yonder WMS (JDA/RedPrairie).
• 5+ years leading software implementations and programs.
• Experience with third‑party logistics environments and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of Blue Yonder WMS implementations and upgrades.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance for products.
• Lead contractor‑led implementation teams and ensure quality delivery.
• Act as primary contact for Blue Yonder WMS implementations.
• Plan resources, budgets, and project timelines; monitor status and risks.
• Present status to executives and coordinate with customers and IT.
• Guide design, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Support knowledge transfer and internal Blue Yonder WMS expertise.
