Job summary
Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis is seeking a Withdrawal Management Nurse Manager to lead nursing services within the Withdrawal Management Program, ensuring safe, compliant care. You will supervise staff, coordinate medical needs, and uphold quality standards across regulatory requirements.
The role requires MN RN licensure and a minimum of five years in nursing, with leadership experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Minnesota in good standing.
- Minimum five years of nursing experience.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Experience in withdrawal management or related settings preferred.
- BLS, First Aid and AED certifications required at hire.
- Knowledge of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245F and related regs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- At least 1 year of freedom from problematic substances.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing services within the Withdrawal Management program.
- Provide leadership and supervise nursing staff.
- Manage medical needs and timely nursing care for clients.
- Develop and evaluate nursing care systems and protocols.
- Collaborate with Medical Director on standing orders and safety initiatives.
- Ensure accurate nursing documentation and compliance.
- Participate in quality assurance and regulatory inspections.
