Job summary
Mn Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis is seeking a Withdrawal Management Nurse Manager to lead nursing services within the Withdrawal Management Program, ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-centered care under Minnesota statutes. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Medical Director, and uphold quality and regulatory standards.
This role requires an active Minnesota RN license, BLS/First Aid/AED, and at least five years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota.
- Minimum five years of nursing experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowlege of withdrawal management concepts is preferred.
- BLS/First Aid/AED certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing services within the Withdrawal Management program.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff; ensure 24/7 RN consultation availability.
- Coordinate with Medical Director and leadership team on clinical operations.
- Monitor client health and respond to withdrawal-related complications.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation across the program.
