Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Wireless Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the United States. You will provide technical leadership across projects involving DAS, LMR, Wi‑Fi, Private LTE/5G, and related systems, coordinating with BIM designers, carriers, and clients.

The role supports multiple concurrent efforts with emphasis on quality and compliance. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of wireless design experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with iBwave, EDX, Atoll, and RF

Qualifications

• Technical or associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+/- years' experience designing wireless systems (LMR, DAS, Wi‑Fi, Private LTE/5G).
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Review wireless designs in iBwave/EDX; provide design oversight.
• Coordinate with BIM, AHJs, carriers; develop design standards.
• Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
