• Open cases with wire transfer service providers as needed.
• Perform callback verifications for wires; confirm instructions and limits.
• Process foreign currency wires and prepare remittance disclosures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in wire transactions promptly.
• Mentor and train Wire Specialist II team members and support supervision of workflow.
